Enrollment at Multiple Institutions
ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox University will certify your ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox courses; your other institution will certify its own courses.
You must consult with your ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox enrollment counselor to obtain approval for courses you enroll in at the other institution. When you meet with your enrollment counselor you will be asked for a written description of the courses that you will be taking at the other institution.

Bring a copy of the course approval to the ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox certifying official indicating that the courses will transfer to ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox and apply to your degree program. An email from your enrollment counselor to the certifying official that includes a list of the approved courses is also acceptable.
Once approval is received, ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox will send a parent school letter to the other institution, which permits the other institution to certify your enrollment in those courses.

Dual Majors/Degrees for Veterans
Dual-Majors Program
A dual major is one degree with two majors conferred on the student by the university after completion of all requirements for both majors (example: Bachelor of Science with a major in biology and a major in kinesiology).
Dual-major programs do not require state approving agency approval. Policies of the university for dual-major programs must be followed and course applicability for both majors must be tracked.
Required courses for the second major must be used to fulfill any electives in the first major.
Dual Degree/Multiple Objective Program
A dual degree/multiple objective program refers to one degree and one certificate, or two certificates, conferred on the student by the university after completion of all requirements for each (example: Bachelor of Arts in social work and a certificate in trauma response). It may lead to more than one educational, professional, or vocational objective if all objectives pursued are generally recognized as being reasonably related to a single career field. The objectives do not necessarily have to be on the same professional or technical level.
Students must submit to the veterans’ certifying official a letter stating why the combination of programs is necessary to meet the requirements for a predetermined educational, professional or vocational objective. This request must include a description of the single career field to which the combination of programs relates and how the combination of programs will enhance your employability.
Dual degree/certificate programs only need to be approved by the state approving agency if dual objectives are taken at more than one school in Oregon.
