Degree Verification
ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree verifications to third parties. This service is used by alumni who have completed a degree at ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox University, ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox College or Western Evangelical Seminary. The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted at:

Enrollment Verification
ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment verifications. This service is used by current ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox students or recent alumni to report current or recent enrollment.
There are a few ways to obtain enrollment verification.
- To instantly access and print a document that shows your enrollment status (ie. full time/part time) and dates of enrollment, log in to . Click on "Verifications" (under Student Resources or Alumni Resources). Your screen will load information from the National Student Clearinghouse website, where you can select "current enrollment" or "all enrollment" and then click the "obtain an enrollment certificate" link to download a pdf.
Note that this certificate only shows enrollment for the current or past terms. If you need future (upcoming terms) enrollment verified, see next bullet for instructions. - To request an enrollment verification for a future term, need additional information included in your verification document or have an additional form that needs to be completed, please submit an You can upload additional documents to be completed via the linked google form. Typical processing time can take up to one week.
Note: You must be logged in to your ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox email, in another tab in your browser, to be able to access this form. - To provide documentation of your grades and/or GPA (example: good student discount for auto insurance), ask if an unofficial transcript will suffice. You can view/download your unofficial transcript through . Choose "Academic Records," and then "View Unofficial Transcript." If you need something more official, complete the Enrollment Verification Request form linked above.
- To show proof of enrollment for a loan deferment:
- You may send your Direct Loan Deferment form to the National Student Clearinghouse for enrollment verification. Include this cover sheet with your loan deferment form. These can either be mailed to the address provided on the cover sheet or emailed to memberops@studentclearinghouse.org.
- Note that we report our student's enrollment electronically to the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) which loan companies have access to verify your enrollment. If your loan deferment form mentions that reporting enrollment to NSLDS is sufficient, then the enrollment verification section of the form may not need to be completed.
