All Oregon Students

OSAC (Office of Student Access & Completion)

The provides current and future Oregon students one easy application to apply for multiple scholarships at one time. OSAC awards more than $10 million in scholarships annually through more than 600 scholarships.

Deadlines

Nov. 1: Applications Open
Feb. 15, 5 p.m. PST: Early-Bird Deadline
- Error-free applications will be entered into a drawing for one of several $1,000 early-bird scholarships.
March 1, 5 p.m. PST: Final Deadline

If a deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, that deadline will automatically be extended to 5 p.m. PST on the following business day.

Ford Family Foundation

The Ford Family Foundation is a scholarship program that provides assistance to students in Oregon. It has three different scholarship programs to assist high school seniors, transfer students, adults and parents:

Traditional Undergraduate

These scholarships are for undergraduate students who plan to attend an accredited Christian college in the Northwest (Washington, Oregon, Idaho or Montana). The Trinity Scholars Program is open to undergraduate students, regardless of background or age, who are willing to commit to the Trinity Scholars Program’s assessments and coaching support, and have a high school or college GPA of at least 2.5.

The Daniels Scholarship Program provides the opportunity for graduating high school seniors from Colorado, New Mexico, Utah or Wyoming to attend the college of their choice. Daniels Scholars will receive up to $100,000 to be applied at any two- or four-year nonprofit accredited college or university in the U.S., depending on financial need.

Traditional Undergraduate First Generation Student Scholarships

Are you the first person in your family to attend college? Congratulations on this exciting step! We’d like to highlight some scholarships specifically meant for students in your shoes.

The mission of the Renaissance Scholars Program (RSP) is to provide scholarships to high-achieving, low-income students who will be the first in their family to earn a bachelor’s degree. The program offers a renewable college scholarship of up to $5,000 per academic year (a maximum of $20,000 toward your bachelor’s degree).

Requirements: Will be the very first person in your family to earn a bachelor's degree, minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, going to college in Oregon or Illinois, and plan to earn a bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. four-year college.

This scholarship is open to all minority applicants who are the first in their family to go to college, are at least 17 years of age, and are pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree at an accredited post-secondary institution. Winner will receive one $10,000 scholarship!

APIA Scholars offers a range of scholarships to support Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) students who are underserved, with a focus on those who are living at or below poverty level, who are first-generation college students, and who represent a geographically or ethnically diverse AANHPI community. Awards range from one-time $2,500 awards to multi-year $20,000 awards.

The Dream Big Scholarship is for high school seniors graduating from the Portland Metro/SW Washington area and planning to attend a college in the state of Oregon. Applicants have the chance to win a $2,000 scholarship for the academic year.

Other qualifications: Minimum 2.5 GPA and parents/guardians do not have a four-year college degree.

Applicants must be of Hispanic ancestry, permanently residing in Oregon or Clark County, Washington, and currently attending a high school in Oregon or Clark County, Washington; or have attended a high school in Oregon or Clark County, Washington, and are currently enrolled in an accredited college. Applicants must have at least a 3.0 GPA.

Scholarships range from $2,000–$6,000.

Graduate Programs

Trinity Education Foundation

This scholarship is available to graduate students planning to attend an accredited Christian university in the Northwest, with up to $10,000 ($5,000 per year) in financial support available. The student must be majoring in a graduate degree that focuses on leadership.

For those called to full-time ministry and planning to attend a Christian seminary in the U.S., up to $15,000 ($5,000 per year) in financial support is available. The student must be specifically pursuing a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree for the purpose of full-time “career” ministry.
