Matt Miller, PT, DPT
Assistant Professor of Kinesiology
The Department of Kinesiology welcomed Matt Miller as an assistant professor in 2024. An alumnus of ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program (2021), he worked as the interim lead therapist at the university’s Physical Therapy Community Clinic in the summer of 2023 and as an adjunct professor of kinesiology for a year and a half.
In addition, since 2021, he has taught as a teaching assistant and clinical instructor at ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox, as well as served as co-owner and operator of Elevate Physical Therapy LLC. His areas of expertise include musculoskeletal rehabilitation, persistent pain, and geriatrics.
In addition to his doctorate from ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox, Miller earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Oregon in 2016. He lives in Newberg with his wife Katie and daughter, and attends Grace Chapel in Wilsonville. Matt enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, and working in his yard.
